If you’ve been following along for a while, you already know this has been a long time coming.
On Monday, May 4th, 2026, we’re officially opening the doors to District Larder Co.—and I want to personally invite you to be part of it.
District Larder was built from a simple idea: great ingredients, thoughtfully sourced, and made accessible in a way that feels personal again. The kind of place where you can walk in, ask a question, taste something new, and leave with a few staples you didn’t know you needed—plus a story behind them.
This isn’t just a storefront to us. It’s a neighborhood stop-in. A pantry upgrade. A “grab one thing and somehow leave with five” kind of place (in the best way). And most importantly, it’s a space we’ve designed to feel welcoming—whether you’re a serious home cook, a casual grazer, or someone who just wants to bring something great to a dinner you forgot you said yes to.

What To Expect On May 4th
We’re keeping the opening day vibe exactly how we want the brand to feel: easy, warm, and worth your time.
Come by, say hello, take a look around, and get a feel for what we’re building. We’ll be sharing some of our favorite products, offering tastes, and doing what we love most—talking food, sourcing, and what makes something truly special.
Thank You (Seriously)
Launching something like this takes a village. We’ve felt the support in a hundred ways—messages, check-ins, early excitement, and the kind of encouragement that keeps you going when you’re deep in the details. So if you’ve been cheering us on: thank you. If you’re hearing about us for the first time: welcome. And if you’re able to join us on May 4th: I can’t wait to meet you.

Got the meatball sub and the mortadella & capicola sandwich. Both were amazing! My husband often doesn’t like capicola as it can be stringy, but theirs was perfect and the sauce for the meatball sub was so flavorful! Especially impressive for their first day open.
